Pulled into the lot about 5am, and got out to greet pax as they arrived.

Air was humid, there was a bit of a breeze, but YHC anticipated a sweaty workout this morning.

5:15 came, core principles and disclaimer were given and off we went.

Circle of Trust

Just a simple thought – think about what we had planned to accomplish the day, or over the weekend. Think about the obstacles we may have in our way, and decide how to either overcome the obstacle, or adjust plans to account for it. The set out for the day and accomplish what we had intended on doing.

Naked Man Moleskin

Missed the Run Club on Thursday, and was a bit bummed about the lack of mileage, so the plans for this were altered a bit to get some distance in, wanted to keep the group together, and was pleased it seemed to work well.
