The Thang
Pearls on a String – run to Burlington Park(about a mile away to the entrance, and another 0.3 miles to get to the park). Stop every 1/4 mile or so to do the following exercises:
20 Lunges(each leg is 1/2)
25 Big-Boy Sit-Ups
20 Merkins
25 Squats
20 Plank Jacks
25 Dips(at Burlington Park)
20 Box Jumps or Step-ups(at Burlington Park)
25 Carolina Dry-Docks
20 Tempo Squats
20 Tempo Merkins
20 Mountain Lunges

Naked Man Moleskin
I was thinking that we’d run about 2-2.5 miles total, which I knew would be a lot for some of our guys coming off injury. We ended up running about 2.75 miles total, but Burlington Park looked majestic in the early morning sunrise and was well worth the run. Kudos to the 23 PAX who joined me and our first Late-Start FNG – Pretty Bird(Dumb & Dumber fan). Thanks to Buttermaker for having my 6!
