Introduction
Part 2 of a CE Double Tap Q. Q sheet was open, so you have no one to blame but yourself LOL. Let’s light up the OG OP with some HC’s!! No coupons needed.
The Scene: YHC had plenty of time from Early Iron Lion to make it to Outpost. I checked Slack to see if there were anymore HC’s. One Eyed Willy HC’d late. So hopefully there will be three of us. Arrived to an empty parking lot at about 6:40AM. Not surprising. No one from EOP had HC’d for the later OP. I set up a towel, my dry erase board and 3 cones out in the middle of the soccer fields. YHC was cold from the earlier workout so I headed back to my car to wait for the site Q and anyone else that may show up. 6:55AM, grabbed my speaker, put on some 60’s rock and started warming up. 7AM…still just me….gave myself the disclaimer and started motivators from 7. Got to 5 when HHGreg showed up. All good. Just the two of us.

The Thang
PAX form a small circle, everyone in a plank, shoulder-to-shoulder. Place an object in the center (in this case it was my speaker). Q calls out a number and an exercise. PAX stand up in an explosion of energy, run directly away from center of circle 10 yards/paces and do the exercise, then run back to the center and plank for the 6. Each PAX must find their own route away from the center of circle but the next round can’t start until all PAX return. Generally performed in increasing counts representing the ever-expanding universe.
