- Back side Dora-pax due 100 sand bag burpees, 200 thrusters, 300 bent over rows. Off pax runs the side trail on the hill.
- Cocaine bear crawls for Mary. Using the 40 meter brim. Crawl one side run down, zig zags for two full rounds of there and back.

- Spoke to the pax about a start up company I’m developing outside my day job. The motto I use is “Embrace the suck-look good doing it”.
what this means is…in life, work, whatever we all see people fold under stress and become a soup sandwich. Maybe even we have been said sandwich.
Life is going to present us with issues and curveballs. While there is nothing wrong as a man in being vulnerable and talking to your people, we need to embrace the suck. While we are doing it, maintain your composure, rise above. Look good doing it! - Don’t be a soup sandwich.
