The Thang

Redrum 11s

Cones set approximately 30 feet apart up a slight swale. Blockees at first cone followed by murder bunnies to second cone. At second cone, perform thrusters with total combined rep count totaling 11. Start with 1 blockee and 10 thrusters; 2 blockees and 9 thrusters; etc down to 10 blockees and 1 thruster. Rifle carry from cone two back to cone one each time.

Thang 2: Pearls on a string run

Pax chose body weight exercises every quarter mile, cumulative accumulation to end with 6 pearls adding an exercise each stop.
