Line up at first light pole light on east end of lot.
SSH x10 — Sprint to next pole, Good Mornings x10, Sprint back to starting point.
SSH x10 — Sprint to next further light pole, Grady Corns x 15, Sprint back to starting point.
Abe Vigodas x10 — Sprint to far light pole, Imperial Walkers x15, Sprint back to starting point.
Grab coupons and mosey to baseball diamond.
The Thang
Each base has a designated exercise and rep count that will be performed every time that base is based in either direction.
Each round starts and ends at home plate.
Round 1: 5 Blockees at home plate, run to 1st base and do 15 overhead presses, back to home for 5 blockees.
Round 2: 5 Blockees at home plate, run to 1st base and do 15 overhead presses, run to 2nd base and do 25 curls, back to 1st base for 15 overhead presses, back to home plate for 5 Blockees.
Round 3: Same pattern, adding 35 chest presses at 3rd base.
Round 4: Same pattern, adding 5 more blockees at home plate.
Take coupons back to church lot and set in line a couple of feet apart. Pax start to left of the coupons in plank position, a couple feet apart from each other. Pax at end of line runs/jumps over all other Pax’s legs, then does abyss-merkin at each pair of coupons, and ends in plank to right side of the coupons.
After everyone goes through, do the same but in reverse order, and do more of a derkin at each pair of coupons.

V for Vendetta is probably my favorite movie. First time I watched it I just it was the type of thing were you just sit there and have to think about it for 20/30 minutes. For those that hadn’t seen it, shared the basic plot– guy fights back against corruption and government that wronged him and many others in England. He saves and befriends a girl name Evie, and ultimately ‘kidnaps’ and tortures her without her knowing it was him. Through all that, she learns a lot about herself and finds a new identity and personal strength.
Hopefully nobody experiences kidnapping or torture, but may you all find growth and strength in the challenges you face today, tomorrow, next week, etc.
Prayers for the families of many PAX I’ve heard about this past week. Thankful for another opportunity to be together in the gloom. Pray that we all find strength and overcome the challenges and obstacles we face.
