Partner 1: fartlek ruffle. Ruffle long way and walk short on the 1/4 mile loop. Rotate after each quarter

Heard something a while back. ‘Why let something bother you now that you won’t remember in 6 months’. Try to think about that if things are bothering me. Is it something important that I’ll remember or just something I’m making a bigger deal about.
