Circle of Trust
My favorite part of rucking is taking the ruck off after being under the weight there is an immediate sense of relief. In life, we face lots of burdens: work, family, society, and so. It can feel overwhelming at times but, know that you are not alone and that you have your F3 brothers and the Lord to help. Trust in the Lord and He will ease your burdens. Jesus says in Matthew 11:28-30
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Lord, I pray that you give us peace and rest in our burdens.
Naked Man Moleskin
The easiest way to beat the cold is the embrace it and move past it.
