Introduction

Conditions: The sky was a little gloomy with a lot of cloudy overcast.  The temperature was nice for this time of the year in the mid 30’s.

F3 Disclaimer was read and the workout began.

Warm-O-Rama

Tappy Taps (IC) x 15

Abe Vigoda’s (IC) x 15

Imperial Walkers (IC) x 15

Goof Balls (IC) x 15

 

This concluded the warm-up and we threw on the ruck sacks to begin Thang 1.

The Thang

Thang 1- Plank Relay

I broke the group up into two teams. Two PAX ran the length of the parking lot while everyone else held plank. The team that have seven members had to have one person go twice.

 

Thang 2- Rucking Merkin Time

We headed out on the paved trails with our rucks on our backs.  We would stop periodically and complete 15 merkins.  We completed 90 merkins in total and rucked for some distance while having ggreat mumble chatter.

Thang 3- Plank Relay with a Bang

We broke back up into the two teams that were previously decided and had another relay race.  This time as At At and Webelos were in very heated The Complex mascot “Nut Check” decided to get involved as well.  At At used his athletic skill set to allow Nut check in the mix, but unfortunately Webelos got tackled below the knees by the friendly pooch.  Webelos suffered a sizable scrape to his right cheek and had to take a minute to make he was ok.

Willowbrook just had knee reconstruction and his mother passed shortly after Thanksgiving.

Hooch ended us in prayer.

 

Naked Man Moleskin

I grabbed this Q on Friday the day before because it was left open.  I am hopeful we continue to have PAX sign up on the Q sheet and this does not have to happen all that often.
