Introduction

Circle Up
-Disclaimer: F3 is #1 FREE, #2 open to all men, #3 peer-led in a rotating fashion, #4 held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold, and #5 we always end in a circle of trust. I am not a professional. I am not aware of any injuries you may have – MODIFY as necessary – push yourself, but do not hurt yourself.
Warm-O-Rama
Mosey the loop around the parking lot.
Circle up in parking lot.
Quad Stretches – hold quad in place – count to 10 each leg
Hamstring Stretches (lean down and stretch with legs together)
Pigeon Stretch, first left leg, then right leg holding the position for each one for about 45 seconds total.
Roll ankle stretch, first right, then left
Calf stretch by placing right foot forward and shifting weight forwards, switch to left
Arm Circles Forwards IC to 15
Arm Circles Backwards IC to 15
The Thang
Thang 1
Head down Royce and take first left onto Fox River Lane, take it till it ends and hang a right onto River Woods Drive, take that till it ends and take a left onto Alexandria Drive, next left onto Apple River Drive and then Right, Left, Right by the school and head back. Approx. distance: 2 miles. PAX free to go any route, just go out 10 mins and turn around. Worked out to 2.2 miles.
Thang 2
Team Relay – worked out to 2 teams of 5 PAX, I ran on the last 1/2 lap to push everyone to finish.
While 1 PAX runs loop as fast as he can, rest of team is doing Big Boy Sit Ups. Once they “handoff” to the next PAX, they switch to Merkins. Back and forth. This was a lot of fun.
MARY:
Mosey to Nathan’s spot over on the path by the fenceline.
-Freddy Mercury’s IC to 30
-Heel touch IC to 40
-Alternating between holding High Plank and Low Plank
-LBC’s to an in cadence count of 50
Finish at 0600.
Circle of Trust
Prayer request for Webelos’ friend Brett
Brought the PAX over to Nathan Parent’s memorial for a reason. Today was the one year anniversary of his death. Nathan was an 18 year old that suffered from mental health illness and drug addiction and on February 8, 2020 decided to take his life. Keep in mind that your children may need help and you don’t even know it – explore professional help as there are so many resources out there that could benefit the family – my M and I were struggling with our oldest 2.0’s own mental health around the same time that this happened in early 2020. It really hit home hard for us and with consistent counseling and help, she’s doing great.
