All PAX completed 2 rounds of each Circuit, Circuit 1 and 2, so 4 rounds total.

Each round was 7 exercises, 60 seconds per exercise, 10 second transition between each exercise.

 

Circuit 1

Wall ball – 18lbs

Isolated dumbbell shoulder side flies – 8, 10 or 15lbs

Slam Ball over the shoulder drop

Slam Ball Big Boys

Sledge hammer swings on tire

Alligator pushups

Battle Rope – alternating arms

 

Circuit 1

Wall ball – 18lbs or Kettle Bell Squat to Upright Row (50 or 35lbs)

Isolated dumbbell shoulder front flies – 8, 10 or 15lbs

Slam Ball

Slam Ball American Hammers

Sledge hammer swings on tire or Tire flips

Hurdle Hops

Battle Rope –  arms together

First note, I think many times coming up with the COT is more challenging than drafting the workout.

Regarding time, we have so little of it every day, probably sacrificing sleep to get out and post, our jobs, family obligations, and trying to live 3rd.  Every 5, 10, 15, 30 extra minutes we get, use it wisely to stay on point and better yourself.  Many times we don’t have time to do the things we want to do for ourselves, but at the end of they day, looking back on it, there’s joy in that, because we accomplished so much for our families and others in the process.
