I’ve never claimed to know much. These days I seem to know even less (that I thought I did). My message this morning is to control what you can control. If you’re reading this, you have been given today. Stay positive, despite external forces. What are the things that you CAN control?
For me, it’s when I wake up, it’s what I’m eating, it’s my attitude and my effort towards others, and when I go to bed. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, like there is too much to try and focus on then dial it back. And keep dialing it back until you are in a place that you can control what you can control. Enjoy the gift of today, it’s the only today we have!
