I had a plan for this Q and almost decided to modify because the weather was so bad. Had the snow not been so wet, conditions would have been perfect.
Moonlight inspired this Q so you can thank him if you didn’t like it 🙂

The Thang
5 cones were set up on different sides of the hill. 3 off the main part and two were on the sides. Pax divided up evenly at each cone and completed 12 burpees at their cone then ran to the top of the hill and back down to the next cone. Pax completed 11 burpees here then ran up and down again to the next cone. This continued until we got to zero burpees.
Thang 2:
We had about 10 minutes left so we did a lap around the school and did 10 squats at each corner of the building. Probably a total of 100 squats.
Circle of Trust
F3 has made me realize how much impact the choices we make can have on others and the Iron Lion is a great example of that. A few weeks ago I was thinking about how impressed I was with the guys at the Iron Lion. There is a lot of cool stuff coming out of there and a lot of guys post there on a daily basis. Then I looked back a few years and thought about the first few guys that came to DT from Lisle. I believe BabyHands came first and was EH’ed by Aflac. Then before I knew it we had Goldberg, Ronda Rousey, Nacho Libre, Rainman and Buttermaker posting on the regular. A few months later we opened the Iron Lion and now there seems to be about 20 guys posting there daily. Then I dug down the rabbit hole a bit more and thought, had BabyHands not decided to post that one day this AO might not even exist, we probably wouldn’t have Ronda Rousey doing all his incredible stuff with the concierge service. Such a small decision that probably seemed insignificant at the time, has lead to so much. On the same note, if Dredd didn’t put the work in to start F3 and Fib didn’t bring it to Naperville none of us would even be here. It’s pretty incredible how a few small decisions have created so much change. With this said the decisions we make every day can have a huge impact on others even if we don’t realize it at the time. I’m happy I have this group to help me make the right decisions day in and day out.
Naked Man Moleskin
Special shout out to all the guys that came today. Most of you knew the weather was going to be terrible and probably knew by the preblast that I had no intent of staying under the pavilion. No one seemed too happy with me when I said we were going to the hill but no one complained, (at least not that I heard 🙂 ). The men just toughed it out, put their heads down and got to work. I really appreciate that!
