Introduction
I’m bringing what some have called “awful” to The Outpost tomorrow morning at 5:15AM. NO COUPONS needed.
THE SCENE: Snowing, low 30’s. I arrived about 15 minutes early to run some reconnaissance at the bridge to make sure it wasn’t slick yet.

Squats x 200. One partner Bernie Sanders up bridge, runs back . Flapjack. Hold for 6
Turkish Get Up x 100 Lunge walk up the bridge, run back
Overhead claps x 200; Bear crawl up the bridge, run back
Reverse Crunch x 200; reverse lunge walk up the bridge, run back
Merkins x 200; Run to top of bridge and back.
Indian Run back to parking lot
Called jailbreak when we were about 50 yards away from the flags.
Mary:
Duck Jousting – Friendly combat between PAX in the duck walk position. Arms must remain crossing your chest. Bumping, nudging, rubbing and checking are highly encouraged. There is no biting, scratching, standing up or falling over or you are out. Kicking is actually allowed if you are possibly able to remain in the duck walk position on one leg. Last man to remain on his feet in the duck position is declared the winner. Best performed as the final exercise of 6MOM.

As we said goodbye to our beloved Fergus, I was overcome with lots of different emotions. But mostly, I felt cheated. While I have no regrets in adopting him into our lives and making him part of our family, I wish I would have rescued him sooner.

Lord, please forgive those that may have mistreated Fergus while he was on this planet. On Monday, I talked about the Rainbow Bridge and I pray that it is real and that you will keep him happy and safe waiting for us to come home. Thank you for giving us this day and please watch over each of these men and their families throughout the day. Amen.
