Introduction
Will be a golf inspired workout to get some of those golf muscles firing and activated ahead of next week’s big golf outing. Make no mistake, this will not be a light workout…
Got to the AO early to set up shop, it had started raining a little, this was going to make the activities in the turf fun for the PAX…
PAX started rolling in, got the tunes set to go with the US Open theme song to kick it off, it was time to get this started.

- person that just handed it off run into position at end of line to then receive and hand off coupon again
- once your team gets to the far bucket (one foot past the bucket) reverse it back to the start bucket – the first team that makes it back across start bucket wins a goodie treat from the refreshment cart at the end of the workout

Circle of Trust
Saw a speech from Kara Lawson the other day that inspired me so I wanted to share with you guys.
Sometimes in life we tend to wait for things to get easier, just getting past this next big work meeting/project, this next big family event, the next big community/church/volunteer/school event. I’ve been guilty of it in the past myself sometimes. That can tend to snowball into the mindset of “this is too hard” or “is it ever going to get easier for me?”’ or “it looks easy for other people why isn’t it easy for me?”
Key point here – Don’t wait for life to get easier because it won’t. Instead WE NEED TO FOCUS ON BEING ABLE TO BETTER HANDLE HARD WELL – focus on training/preparing yourself to handle harder through all aspects of life. Any meaningful pursuit in life will not be easy. Don’t get discouraged if it is hard. When you push through and are able to overcome that challenge, it’s a great feeling. When you are able to train yourself to handle hard better, you can better handle whatever life throws at you – cause life will throw a lot at you. for me F3 is helping me to better prepare myself, so Let’s keep coming out here and focusing on working to get ourselves better able to handle hard better.

Naked Man Moleskin
This was my sophomore Q, less jitters this time round but same adrenaline rush. Got to lead a smaller group this time round, which was a different/cool vibe.
I sold the PAX on a golf workout and we definitely worked those muscles in different ways and through different activities that would get that golf swing firing, but next time round I may have to bring out a driver and some marshmallows to let the PAX take a rip with a club.
The PAX put in some good work out there, and Donkey strolled out after the full GTE event like a machine. Appreciate Cropduster for having my 6 out there.
