The Thang
Ruck to and from Knoch Knolls with intermittent stops for PT.
Also carried with and passed around a coupon, a 35-lb kettlebell, 2 25-lb dumbbells, 12-lb medicine ball and a speaker.
When we stopped, if PAX was NOT holding anything, he did 10 Merkins.
If holding kettlebell, he did 10 swings.
If holding a dumbbell, then 10 curls each arm.
If holding coupon or medicine ball, 10 overhead press.
If holding speaker, her Cusacked (of course).
Once done, items were passed and we kept moving.
Made it to Knoch Knolls, did a loop and got back to the parking lot at 6 AM
Circle of Trust
St. Patrick’s Day is my daughter’s birthday (Emma / F3 Anna). She turned 10 last Thursday.
She has changed my life, only for the better, regardless of the good and/or bad days we’ve had.
Having kids is a blessing. Love on them. Make sure they know how you feel about them all of the time.
I forgot to ask for prayers, but want to send prayers to @Choo-Choo’s Dad and @C-Bus’ Step-Mom and Dad.
Naked Man Moleskin
Rucking is something that I very much enjoy.
I tried challenging myself on Thursday by putting 50-lbs in the rucksack. I felt great afterward, but tired. I want to continue to push the weight and see how high I can go. I will have to find some additional weights to put in the sack since I have room for only two plates, which are now in use.
Special thanks to @Mom’s Group for covering the 6 and thanks, as always, to all of the PAX that came to support my Q.
