Introduction

Pre-Blast: “Join YHC as we put in some work together. COUPONS REQUIRED. There will be a bit of running, but emphasis will be coupon and bodyweight work.”

OK. So exactly what counts as a “bit” of running is up for debate. I always measure the success of a workout by how long it takes for me to hate my own plans. This one didn’t take long – so that’s good, right?

NOTE: The title of this backblast comes from Lewinsky’s demand that Q’s at Two Wolves MUST stand in the middle of the circle during the welcome, disclaimer, and warm-o-rama. Apparently I offended this HIM by not standing in the middle. My apologies to my Site Q.

The Thang

This beatdown involves exercises with 20 reps. After each round, pax either ran a loop around the pavilion, held plank, or wall sat until the 6 was in (Q’s choice each round).

Round 2: Curls and SQUATS (with or without coupon, your choice)

Round 3: Curls, Squats, and OVERHEAD PRESS

Round 4: Curls, Squats, Overhead Press, and STEP UPS with the picnic table

Round 5: Curls, Squats, Overhead Press, Step Ups, and COUPON SWINGS

Round 6: Curls, Squats, Overhead Press, Step Ups, Coupon Swings, and CAROLINA DRY DOCKS

Round 7: Curls, Squats, Overhead Press, Step Ups, Coupon Swings, Carolina Dry Docks, and THRUSTERS

Round 8: Curls, Squats, Overhead Press, Step Ups, Coupon Swings, Carolina Dry Docks, Thrusters, and SIDE STRADDLE HOPS
