Introduction
Pre-Blast Tuesday LATE START Outpost! 5/24 at 6:15!
Meet me in the alternate parking lot (Book & Conan Doyle) and come join me and the Late Start Regulars as we get a full body beatdown in. Double tap or sleep in an hour… doesn’t matter to me. Just show up and be ready to work! Bring your coupons and a jump rope if you’ve got one. Also – go ahead and drop a music request in with your HC below! See you in the Gloom (+1 hr).
I got to the AO around 6 since I knew I had a few ‘toys’ I had to get over to the pavilion before PAX showed up. Buttermaker was already there warming up. Checked Slack to see if there were any last minute HC’s so that I could finalize the ‘stations’ for Thang 2.
Nice cool weather. Daylight. Extra hour of sleep. I was ready to go!
5 Core Principles, Disclaimer, Mission Statement, Credo all recited. Let’s get warm!

I told the PAX a not so quick joke…
Knock, Knock … Who’s There … Banana … Banana who …
Knock, Knock … Who’s There … Banana … Banana who …
Knock, Knock … Who’s There … Banana … Banana who …
Knock, Knock … Who’s There … Banana … Banana who …
Knock, Knock … Who’s There … Banana … Banana who …
Knock, Knock … Who’s There … Banana … Banana who …
Knock, Knock … Who’s There … Orange … Orange who … Orange you glad I didn’t say banana!?
This was a test in patience! And also a lesson that it isn’t so much the destination, but the journey, that matters. I may have not been as patient as I should have been when my 2.0 told me this joke last week. A little ‘teeth’ behind my final “WHO’S THERE!!!???”. Let’s remember to have patience and enjoy the journeys that we are all on.

I knew the numbers would be fairly low for LOP today. I am thinking it may pick up once school is out, but I guess time will tell. Anyways, I am good with the low numbers. There are different things you can do with a smaller group than a larger group. For example…station work! I got the conduit from Flush a month or so ago and I wanted to utilize it for some heavier lifting. Ken Doll was the king of this stuff back a couple of years ago during Monday OP workouts. Always an honor to lead this group of HIM.
Appreciate the support – BC
