Split into 3 teams, complete race across the bridge doing:
- 10 Wolf Burpees front of the bridge
- Bear Crawl up front 1/2 of bridge
- 10 Wolf Burpees middle of bridge
- Crawl Bear down back 1/2 of bridge
- 10 Wolf Burpees
Winning Team = 5 Wolf Burpees, 2nd = 10, 3rd = 15
Thang #2 – Wolf Hunt
- Run 1.5 miles to hill at Two Wolves
- In-For-The-Kill-On-the-Hill:
- 10 Wolf Burpees Bottom of hill
- Run to Top of Hill
- 10 Wolf Burpees Top of Hill
- Run to Bottom of Hill
- 10 Wolf Burpees Bottom of Hill
- Run 2 miles back to flags

Recover, Recover…
Circle of Trust
As shared back on January 7th, 2021…today was a revisit to that workout and a message…
It was a day that was cold and dark and here we stand, hot, humid and in the light in July. A lot can change with time and in any situation. Back then, I was inspired by the movie The Grey.
It’s a movie (spoiler alert) about a man who is about to give up on his life…until he’s faced with adversity…the cold, the dark, the wolves, etc.
And it’s during this time, with his back against a wall…he chose to fight back. He chose to survive. He chose to really live.
This is a story we’ve all heard in many ways before…and it’s because it speaks a real truth.
When sh*% hits the fan, we find out the real truth about ourselves. It’s not easy to get up and come out to this stuff and hopefully you were challenged today.
Continue to find your purpose. Your alpha mentality. Never give up. And give it your all in all that you do.
And I share with you more more time today, this quote from the movie…
