Introduction
The original Q for this beatdown had to pull out to due to an unanticipated “responsibility” this morning, so I decided that it was appropriate to bring the Breakfast Club to BP. Coupons were called for, HCs rolled in, and 12 other PAX braved a damp, windy morning to come get better.

The Thang
Since it was a Saturday morning, and we were on detention, we grabbed our coupons and headed over to the school. We dropped our coupons off on the blacktop playground and proceeded to the west parking lot for the start of many thangs…
- Space Tracers- PAX “traced” each parking space by running backwards, shuffling to the side and then running forward. Held plank for the 6.
- Lunge walked to north doors of school. Performed 20 side straddle hops in cadence.
- Lunge walked to the east parking lot. Held plank for the 6.
- Performed 20 shoulder taps in cadence.
- Moved to first row of parking spots and performed space tracers again, this time adding a burpee to the top of each parking spot.
The Pax moseyed back to the black top for Thang 2.
- Elevens
- Curls on one end, Merkins on the other, run in between

Circle of Trust
One of the things that made The Breakfast Club such an iconic film was its representation of each of the cliques found in a suburban high school in the mid ’80s. That led me to think back to which group I fell into. Yes, I was Anthony Michael Hall, and he was me… But that also makes me think about identity. Outside of F3, I am Mike Williams, and all of the things around me: my environment, the people around me, my family, my job, all of it defines who Mike Williams is. But at F3, I’m Judge Smails, and I get to create who I am and what I can accomplish. I think that’s one of the great things about F3. We can just be ourselves and not someone the rest of the world expects us to be, and we are accepted for who we are.
We prayed for the victims of the tornados, DJ Sump Pump’s mom, and Sir Mix-A-Lot’s mom.
Naked Man Moleskin
Wind. Today, it made things suck just a little more. It’s always windy at BP, but this was a little ridiculous…
It was great to see Paper Tiger back out in the gloom. Welcome back brother!
Until next time,
Judge
