A few days ago I had a conversation with my friends regarding how much you should have saved before you start investing and stuff. During that whole talk the only thing I could think of is that I don’t care how much I save. I just want to feel happy every day. My perspective on that changed only recently, after the war started in Ukraine. I had a lot of friends and family members who saved, started building their homes, planned their future prospects and all that. They have lost all of that in one day, when the war started. And nothing can make them happy now. So I made my first priority to feel happy today and only after that I start worrying about tomorrow.
Another thing that is on my mind lately is that feeling that you get through out the day after you go to an F3 workout. I’ve missed last two days due to injury and some stuff going on at home. During those two days I felt angry and said, I did not feel accomplished and it felt terrible. So I want to end with an open question: How do I preserve that F3 workout feeling on the days I don’t get the workout in?

I love The Mammoth on Saturdays, it’s a highlight of my week. Everyone who shows up pushes for PRs. Today was no different.
When Laimbeer asked me to pick up the Q and told me about what he had planned I instantly knew that it will be a blast
Huge Tclaps to Putt Putt who completed his first Half Marathon and at what pace!
Thanks to Bob Ross for keeping it under 150 HR
I’m still missing two carrots BTW
