The Mule – 30 minute AMRAP
PAX group up in teams of 2. One PAX carries his coupon on a 1/10 of a mile loop will the over PAX AMRAPS on that round’s exercise. At the end, each PAX will have mosied a mile with his coupon. Once all 10 rounds are complete, start over until time runs out but run w/o your coupon. Modify as necessary.
