Theodore Roosevelt was the youngest person to assume Presidency at age 42 and possibly also the baddest ass President. Join me in doing some Thangs that loosely relate to Teddy’s life!

Thang 1: Wheel of Animal Walks
Wolverines x10 (burpee with mountain climbers and merkins shuffled in)
Monkey humpers x25
Mountain Goats x10
Frog hop across lot, 10 derkins on curb
Bear Crawl across lot, 10 ierkins on curb
Duck walk across lot, 10 rerkins on curb (right hand on curb)
Crab walk across lot, 10 lerkins on curb (left hand on curb)
Thang 2: Crossing the Panama Canal
PAX stand shoulder to shoulder with coupon on ground in front of them.
Rear PAX picks up coupon and passes to front, then sprints to front of line.
When coupon returns to PAX he places in on ground in front of him.
Repeat until Q says stop
(Bucket Brigade)
Thang 3: Charge! on San Juan Hill
PAX lie down on 12 at base of hill.
“Teddy” (chosen by Q) yells CHARGE!, PAX jump up and sprint ahead until “Teddy” yells “Enemy Fire!”, PAX hit the deck and do exercise on 12 chosen by “Teddy”
“Teddy” yells charge again, PAX sprint to top of hill, “Teddy” calls out another exercise to do at top of hill.
Two PAX carry another PAX back down the hill, PAX being carried holds knees up to chest.
Repeat until Q says stop.

Circle of Trust
Theodore Roosevelt was born into a wealthy well connected family. He grew up wealthy and represented the Republicans who tended to be the wealthier party. However, he fought to help the working man and fought to break-up big business trusts. He also recognized big industry’s damage to the environment and created the national park service. Don’t think you have to continue the path that you have been traveling. Make corrections is you see injustice or mistakes.

I had to just get on the Q sheet. I hadn’t Qed in a while. I read the first part of an autobiography on Teddy Roosevelt during 75Hard and wanted to create a workout based around his life before his presidency.
