Really looking forward to being at The OG OP on what should be a beautiful morning. We will focus on cardio and upper body. It should be a high calorie burn so be ready with your jump rope.

I arrived at about 5 and Blues Clues was already there making sure things were all good and ready to go. I quickly got to position and by about 5 after the tunes were on and the PAX started to roll in. Weather was perfect, I was feeling great and I hope that the guys were as well. I was a little nervous because I really wanted the OG OP HIMs to get what they hoped for after getting up ITG on a Monday morning.

Circle of Trust
A few years ago my friend told me about when he was driving with his son (about middle school age at the time) and there was another driver driving like crazy, very dangerously. My friend was ready to get mad, flip the guy off, etc. and his son says something like: that guy must be on his way to something really important, I hope everything is okay, we should pray for him……. I think about this sometime because everyone has different things going on and you just don’t know what is going on with others and what they are going through. It’s a good idea to try (hard as it may be at times) to think about their perspective, and try to put yourself in other peoples shoes.
We prayed for silent intentions and :Carmen San Diego’s father, Aplletini’s daughter, Cannoli and his M, Motaur, Wedding Planners friend Charlie and his family, Thomas the Tank Engine and his family, Cupcake’s niece.

I really had a great time and hope that the PAX did too. One thing that I will try to do better is that if the workout requires a jump rope I’ll bring an extra one or two. One or two had to modify but that was not treat and they didn’t slow down and still pushed themselves by modifying nicely.
Since it was my AOVQ, even though I’ve posted with a number of the PAX in attendance I was an unknown Q and so appreciative of the turnout, really appreciated the group and thanks to Blues Clues for having my 6 all the way.
