It was a good Morning for a Beatdown, temps were in the 60’s with no rain in sight. We started with 5 principals and our disclaimer then went right to work.

I wanted to take a minute to talk about the men in this circle. I have been in F3 or almost a year and have noted the kind of men F3 attracts. This group attracts strong leaders, doers and men of faith. This group attracts men who work hard to be good fathers, brothers, husbands, sons & uncles. This group attracts philanthropists and leaders of the community. Above all this group attracts men who just want to help with what ever it is you need help with. We are all a great influence on each other. Let’s continue to wok hard with and for each other. Lets push hard to be better within F3 as well as outside F3.
