Circle of Trust

F3 is special because of the special men that participate in the workout.  Getting out in the gloom is hard, but requires a special mentality.  NYE and NYDay are a time many use to decelerate, but not the HIMs that showed up today.  I enjoy F3 because of the special men that push me.

Nobody signed up for the Q for New Year’s Day, so I had to lead the workout as the SiteQ for that day.  Dorn and I were hoping no one would HC, so I tried to put out a Pre-Blast that I thought would attract no one: lots of running, lots of pull-ups.  Then the evening before House Arrest called the bluff because he LOVES pull-ups.  Then, Happy Meal HCed and called for some EC running.  That meant it was game on!  This just continues to show why I love being SiteQ for Saturdays 1hr BC.  EC was great with House Arrest and Happy Meal.  I also wanted to make sure the workout was tough, and I wanted a mix different running with as many pull-ups as I could give.  Initial plan, was to dog it on the Q, but turned into a tough workout that I am grateful for.
