Introduction
Preblast – “An empty spot on the Q Signup?!? Unacceptable! This aggression will not stand, man. Join me on the far west side and we’ll get better together. BRING A COUPON. I’m sure we’ll use it.”
Was not planning on this Q, so I had nothing planned when I put up my preblast. I WAS happy to see both Animal House and StandUp catch the Big Lebowski reference, however.
Got to the AO at about 5:05 since no set-up was required. At 5:15 we went through all the important information and got to work.

Thang 2: DORA
Partner 1 does a LUNGE WALK to the playground and runs back while Partner 2 starts on a series of exercises. Rinse and repeat until all reps are completed.

Mosey back to the flags to pickup coupons and move to the hill

Name-O-Rama
CoT: Don’t undervalue the relationships you can build in F3. This week I started a brand new position on staff with Community Christian Church. The position was possible, in part, because of the relationships I have built with guys in F3. What started as an opportunity to workout and get healthier has completely changed my life. Many of the guys in the circle today have supported me through so much over the years. As StandUp reminded us, you never know when you’ll be the guy supporting someone else – so don’t neglect those relationships.

Get on the Q Signup. I know that Foxboro is a trek for many pax, but it is definitely worth it. This is a great AO with so many options – lots of open space, a running track, baseball field, and a playground that really ties the room together. Get out there!
