In the spirit of mindful running, I asked all the PAX to take off their shoes and put them back on. To be fully present in that simple experience. Feel the heel go in the shoe, feel the laces, hear the sounds around, etc. Be mindful of that moment and carry that mindful running into each step during Run Club today.

40 minutes, two routes running from one parking lot to the next, approximately half a mile one way.

National League: Pavement, built for speed
