Introduction
It was going to be wet and crappy. There was no avoiding it. From the time the Preblast was posted, the forecast was horrible–and it never changed. Was surprised to get that many HC’s, and was aware the weather very well could push us to stay under the pavillion–that was NOT what I wanted because I like to get the PAX moving about the AO. And I like to bear crawl. And I don’t think there has been enough bear crawling at the Colosseum!
Arrived early and John Denver was ready to go. He was enthusiastic and energetic, and it was contagious! We caught the perfect break in weather as the steady rain turned to a steady mist. After chatting with JD, we decided to take the chance and stick with the original plan. The PAX were going to get wet!

Time to move! Run 1/4 mile to the front of the building, SW corner of the property. Stop and perform the following: 10 Lt. Dan’s, 20 Merkins, 30 Grady Corns. Run 1/4 mile straight east down the sidewalk to the SE corner of the property (it started raining a bit more, but we kept at it). Repeat exercises. Run 0.3 miles straight north to the bridge. 10 Lt. Dan’s, bear crawl across bridge (40 yards), 20 Merkins, bear crawl back, 30 Grady Corns. Run 1/4 mile south down path. Repeat exercises. Run back to playground–stop at the 40-yard dash strip. Bear crawl 40 yard, head back to flags.

Circle of Trust
Short CoT today because of the weather–take a moment to recognize and be thankful for the things that make you happy. Celebrate the small things during the day. There are too many reasons to be negative in the world today, we need to focus on the positives, no matter how small.
Naked Man Moleskin
Not bad, but I feel it could have been better. EXCELLENT push from Cyclone–he hates running and that might have been his first introduction to bear crawls. Huge thank you to John Denver for bringing up the six today.
