Introduction
A little over a month ago, Tiny Bubbles shared that he would be leaving Naperville for a Senior Pastor role for a church in Minnesota. Snart reached out to a group of people about recognizing the contributions that Tiny Bubbles made to F3 Naperville. The decision we reached was to lead one Tiny Bubbles’ favorite Bible Beatdowns. Anyone that has been part of Naperville for a few years has probably experienced one. For those that did not, you truly missed out (MO). I can only hope that I did it as half as good as he would have. Tiny Bubbles always had a genuine sense of enthusiasm for these workouts. The tribute workout focused on friends and the support you get from them. Tiny Bubbles asked that we all tag a friend to bring to the workout.

The Thang
Thang 1: Rochamburpees
Pair up, Rock, Paper, Scissors.
Winner does merkins and the loser does burpees.
10 rounds.
Start with one rep and go up 1 rep each round.
If you finish early, start back at one until all PAX done.
Thang 2: Triple check
Teams of three
PAX1: curls.
PAX2: skull crushers.
PAX3: run to the end of parking lot and back.
Once PAX 3 finishes lap, all rotate
One round = each PAX completes all three stations
Thang 3: Base chase
2 teams of 5
One team started at home and one team started at 2nd.
Travel to odd bases: Lunge walk, then 10 crunchy frogs (in a V-like sitting position, first wrap your legs with your arms. Quickly open yourself up by moving your arms out to your sides and extending your legs out in front of you. Bring them back in).
Travel to even bases Bear crawl, 10 dancing bears (Hands and feet on the ground, lift left leg and right arm to an uncomfortable height, then back on ground. Lift right leg and left arm to an uncomfortable height, return to the ground).
You can’t move to next base until whole team done.
Try to catch other team. If you catch them, then they owe 5 burpees. Our team ran up on the other team and we all did 5 burpees to finish.

Naked Man Moleskin
Proverbs 17:17 A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.
Tiny Bubbles played a huge role in my life and F3 Naperville. I was severely lacking in 3rd F acceleration and he reached out to me to join one of his small groups with a few other men. I hemmed and hawed at first, but then jumped right in. It really ignited my spiritual growth. We did a few other groups together and I continued to grow. I’ve gotten off track lately, but I know what I need to do to get right. The men of F3 Naperville will miss Tiny Bubbles and the contributions that he made. His spiritual guidance was always appreciated and his “Bible Beatdowns” were always put together well. We wish him well on his new endeavor and we will always consider him a brother and a friend.
