50 jump ropes then murder bunny to the light out in the field, once you get to the light 7 big boys with the coupon, then murder bunny back. Rinse and repeat ( decrease the big boys by 1 every round )

I explained to the paxs that I was never a big fan of wanting people to know when its my birthday. For a very long time I seen myself as not the best person to celebrate due to my past. ( having a daughter at the age of 16, barley graduating high school, putting my parents through hell) why would anyone want to celebrate a guy like that?! ……. 2 weeks ago some of the F3 brothers and myself ran a 10k, after the race Uncle rico was showing off his short because it has a pocket that holds his phone. I jokingly told him that i was not going to spend big money on shorts and Uncle Rico said well ask someone to buy you a pair for your birthday and I shouted I don’t have birthdays. My daughter heard me say that and she told everyone that my birthday is coming up and gave the exact date…. ( I was a bit upset ). On the way home my daughter was asking me why I don’t celebrate my birthday? she also said its a blessing to be alive 1 more year. As I tried to explain to my 9 year old daughter my way of thinking in a more less aggressive way I just stopped talking and told her that she is right, it is a blessing to be alive for one more year. Things happen for a reason. The day my daughter was born I became a man and changed my life for the better till this day she continues to bless me and gets me back on track.
- I have a new clear simple goal in life : it is to be the very best human that I could possibly be. Not better than you, not better than some celerity or athlete, just simply the best version of me.
