Circle of Trust
As usual, I somewhat babble when trying to deliver a message…my CoT was supposed to be about using the time the holidays can provide to reflect on what has happened over the last year, and use that reflection to help figure out where you are and where you want to go – both personally and professionally.
I have been working my @$$ off at my job, but I seem to be spinning my wheels sometimes. So, personally, I want to use the holidays to really determine if I am on the right path professionally.
Of course, my babbling somehow devolved into mention P.J. Fleck, and “rowing the boat,” because, as ridiculous as it can sound when he says it, “you don’t know where you’re going, unless you know where you’ve been.”

I truly appreciate the HIMs that came out on a chilly Saturday morning to have some fun and get some exercise in to start the weekend off right.
