Back to my original VQ AO to feast on some wolves! 2 Wolves to be exact haha. We’ll be running to 2 Wolves AO and back lets get it dudeeee.

Welcome to F3 my name is Road Trip, this is RC so we’re going to run! Push yourself but don’t slip on ice lol.

The next exercise is Squat Jacks-15 IC , FEED THE LEGS! 

The last exercise is Good Mornings-15 IC , make sure to feel the stretch if not go lower!

The Thang

Simple out and back route.

We’ll start at OP just behind the bathrooms towards the south parking lot straight shot 2 miles out and 2 miles back. Get as far as you can and turn around at 5:37 back to the flags. GO

We’re off PAX are moving and motivated.

I head out as well Blart is leading the PAX I follow behind him.

Nice 19 degree morning at OP path is relatively clean but keep an eye out for ice, notify other PAX when we see it.

I can hear the mumbled chatter starting. LFG. Glad to see a lot of new faces (for me at least) it’s been a good bit since I Q’d at OP.

Everyone is pacing towards 2 Wolves, I start to yell on the bridge over 59. Love this bridge it’s long enough to make you think why you even came to begin with. Embrace the suck I push a bit more to get to the peak. DONE! I tend to go off track a bit to regroup with everyone along the way. It was awesome.

We get to 2 Wolves I yell for Twilight to remind him HE DON’T GET TIRED! I hope he heard us lol

We loop the south end of 2 Wolves and race back to OP.

Does Blart even get tired? I start to question it he doesn’t even flinch. We keep moving.

I enjoyed this route because we can keep everyone in our sights.

On route back to OP do not ease off the gas!

We make it to the flags DONE!

PAX start rolling in, circle up!

ON YOUR SIX FOR MARY. Your fault for being fast! 

The first exercise is American Hammers-50 IC , while we wait for other PAX to fill the circle.

The next exercise is Leg Lifts~25-30 IC , I think that was the count (still kind of delusional from AH)

The next exercise is LBC~20-25 on my up. LFG! Abs are fire.

The next exercise is High Plank only to start Merkins~20 on my down.

On your six, circle is full by now.

Circle of Trust

Wanted to state the awesomeness of F3

This was my VQ location and I wanted to come back to Q an RC. I been with F3 for little over a year and half and I’m realizing the growth in more then just fitness. Overall in many aspects F3 has helped me and I’m very grateful for it. We’re always chasing time and it’s amazing being able to run to work to grow along side all of you here. You are never alone especially in F3, let’s keep pushing let’s keep breaking those barriers there’s another PAX with you along the way. No only during the post but off grid, in other F’s as well! There is no stopping YOU!

Prayers for Fargo and DJ and all others out of F3 as well.

Shout out to those who EC’d fucking getting it! I seen P&R doing savage as shiiii when I was driving in to only see Blues sprinting further down as well. Kudos to everyone striving to be a better stronger you.
