Introduction

This is my first Q since the pandemic started. I took about 4 or 5 months off, both because of covid and because my college kids are night owls so I did could not do the 5AM posts 🙂 Now I am back as strong as ever. The WFH thing makes it easier to make post regularly!

It is also my anniversary-ish Q since I was an FNG in September 2019. Time Flies especially with our routines all upside down.

Circle of Trust

I expressed my gratitude and appreciation for these men and this F3 group for an awesome experience, how this helps us get better, with fitness but also a reminder to be a better person in all aspects of our lives.

T-claps for Mr Miyagi’s health, prayers for Appletini and prayers for all those unspoken wishes in our hearts.

Bible Verse: Matthew – Ask and it will be given to you, seek and you find, knock and the door will be opened to you.

Prayer: We thanked God for the awesome weather, the beautiful morning and the opportunity to come out and work out together. We asked for help to make us good men, in our families, in our community and in the business world. Help us to always improve and be that positive influence.

Naked Man Moleskin

I was excited about working out with the hill since for me this is the best kind of workout. I overprepared and only got to do about ½ of the thangs.

I got caught by the train but still had enough time to arrive by 4:55. Set up cones for the team challenge (which we never did). The weather was perfect for a workout, just cool enough to go all out comfortably with a beautiful starry sky.

After our warm-up, we did most of the hill workouts planned then headed back to the parking lot. Lewinski and I decided to skip the 6 MOM in order to do the football pass challenge. I enjoyed it , something to try again maybe.

F3 has been an awesome experience for me. This has been the only workout program that has actually worked for me, the workouts themselves are great but also the commitments with each other to get out makes it work for me. Of course, it is more than just fitness. It’s great to meet so many impactful, fun people, great network, great fun. Also, some awesome minds and wisdom, I appreciate every COT. I look forward to helping with more community activities. I think this program brings out the best in us.

Thanks to the 9 men who joined us in this workout, it was a challenging but fun experience to plan and lead you.

Thanks to Lewinski for having my 6 and his guidance and help before and during the workout!
