I have 4 Q’s this month.  All will have the same theme

This comes from a song by Casting Crowns called Courageous from the movie with the same title. Excerpt from the song in italics.

Thang 1 -15 minutes keep repeating until time (In parking lot)

25 big boys

Blockees x 15

Curls x 25

Rifle carry down parking lot to cul du sac and turn around back to flags

Repeat until timer goes off

5 minute run – down hill, left to bridge and then back to main bridge

Thang 2 – 15 minutes keep repeating until time (On bridge by snack hut)

Hold bridge leg lifts x 25

Pull ups x 10

Hold bridge leg lifts x 25

Derkins x 20

Merkins x 20

Erkins x 20

Repeat until timer goes off

5 minute run to bridge passed the library then run back to snack hut

Thang 3 – 15 minutes keep repeating until time (On ground in front of snack hut)

American hammers x 25

Bonnie Blair’s x 50. Each leg is one

American Hammers x 25

Bobby hurleys x 25

Calf raises x 25

Run up the hill path to the circle in the parking lot with the second half being Bernie Sanders up then run back down to starting point

Repeat until time

Audible to the plan as Uncle Rico requested the Roni Rolls exercise so we ran back to the flags with about 3 minutes left

Did Roni Rolls exercise until time hit 7:30

Circle of Trust

First of my four warrior themed workouts.  A trait warriors have is patience.  Patience to complete difficult tasks that can take a long time.  Patience to put in the work to achieve results.  Important for us to see how that applies to us and our lives.  Can we be this type of warrior for our families, communities and world
