Happy Sunday! Rest up, enjoy the games, eat well, get some much needed shut eye and then join me at Complex tomorrow morning for some running. Trails/roads could be interesting, so the game plan will be decided at game time. The ‘plan’ will include RUCKERS as well, so please join us. Site Q extraordinaire, @Magellan, and I will have something for all. The forecast looks potentially very fun – you should probably where shoes expecting another layer of the powdery white stuff.

Paths were pretty decent
Knock Knolls path to try for tree coverage to protect the eyes from the falling white stuff – kinda worked.
runners made it 1.8 miles out, except Sam Walton who looped ATW.
Ruckers deliver 1 mile out plus 50 squats x 2.

Some notes from my church, a message in our series ‘side by side’ that is about community and doing life in groups. Very reminiscent of what F3 is organically (and with purpose) .
Benefits of sharing is…
Prayer – the group will pray for you. It is awesome when a group prays for you.
Perspective – group helps gain this. You go into group with the problem huge, and leave with it diminished
Wisdom – biblical wisdom or life experience wisdom. But many have been thru similar as well and that experience creates wisdom.
Recognition – of Gods involvement from the group, a blessing to gain that.
Modeling – when you share, you are showing the group how to or how not to handle a situation. Creating a opp for others to share as well.
Expectation – when we all share, each group member expects to see more of God, to recognize His place in our life and His influence and good.
