*Elway thought he was at Orange Theory or something so I had to get his attention & TAKE CHARGE real quick. I didn’t want the PAX to think this was going to be a walk in the park. My intention was to get in their heads and not leave until 0600.
The Thang
Thang One (half) PT Test – Parking Lot
Partnered up the PAX.
25 hand release merkins
20 big boy sit ups
1 mile in under 9:30 minutes. (Real PT Test is 2 miles in under 18 minutes)
Thang Two – Parking Lot
Split the PAX evenly into two Platoons.
Killed (DEAD) 3 PAX – carry dead pax 40 yards (3x)
Thang Three – Grass by the flags
Low army crawl Ruck toss (end to end)
Thang Four – Same space
Ruck Sprints AYG
First two lines racing individually (1x)
Second and third all PAX line up and race each other (2x)

In other words you don’t just get by, we’re on one side or another whether we want to admit or not.
At F3 we’re growing in our physical being yet what are we doing spiritually, emotionally, intellectually? Are we also making deposits there? When life calls will you answer with like a professional or like an amateur. Will you maintain a positive mental attitude or break down like the rest of the world? Growth ins’t automatic. Make sure you make some deposits today in case you need to make a withdraw tomorrow.

I saw this opened last week (to my surprise) so I jumped on it. I was excited to bring some spiciness out West. I wanted that first bite of the RC to be like that hot ass pepper you should had passed on. I wanted to disrupt the BP Boyz just a tad bit. I wanted to frazzle them nice and early. I think they got the message with Elway. I’ve been woo woo wooing so much I’ve lost my voice almost everyday for the past week. I told them early I’d lose it today If that’s what it took. The PT test was a curve ball. The sprinkled PT was also. The Rucks on Rucks off had to be done in 7 seconds or less. If we failed we paid the price together. We rise together, we fall together was this mornings theme. Gotta love coffeeteria. Thanks to Bartles and James yesterday for the low crawl rucksack toss idea, that was his. Of course he absolutely crushed that portion. That was not my favorite thing he did. He hed his partners 6 the entire time during the run even if that meant he’d fail also. Respect brother! Elway kicked it into gear once he realized this wasn’t Planet Fitness. He put his head down and got to work killing his run. Mr Nice Guy was out there helping me lead the PAX. We divided and conquered. Black Panther and myself appreciate coming down from Lisle. You’re an ANIMAL my brother. Fargo was on game challenging me on the last sprint, love it bro. If you wouldn’t of slipped you might of had me (might of). I wasn’t going down easy. Trailer Park was vital in our run encouraging PAX and reminding myself it was 8 laps around not 6, thank you. O’Douls came in clutch with a spare shirt after the work out. Bar Code & Mudson were getting after it. Silent but deadly. Judge Smails was pushing his limits like the HIM he is. I see you BIG DOG. Dick Cheney didn’t use SQ as an excuse to take it easy (as I have numerous times) he put in that WORK. Title IX and Stand Up I don’t know you well (yet) however I appreciate your tenacity this morning. I know I’m a little crazy. I gave you all I had, I hope it was enough.
