Who is up for topping off the week?! @Appletini likes to call it DESSERT! A satisfying end to a satisfying week of F3! With complete GRATITUDE for the F3 opportunity, I’m looking to combine some of the best and the worst of my first 365 days, starting with what almost sent me to my doctor after my FNG date (don’t worry, I bet you are in much better shape than I was that day!), all the way through some PAX Challenge moves, Chadx100 experience, and the list may go on!
Who still has room for Dessert??!! HC and LFG!

Thang 1:
Mosie to baseball quad with coupon and explain: (5 minutes)
Partner up for Dora: (15 minutes)
100 curls – partner jogs to end foul post (about 80yards) , jogs backwards to return
200 chess press – partner karioka to end foul post and back
300 bent rows – partner jogs around perimeter of whole field
rinse and repeat until 6 is in
Thang 2:
(15-20 minutes?)
Partner up (NEW) for combo trade-off: (all 4 directions available for safer spacing)
Partner 1 does Murder Bunnies on grass to end foul post (about 60 yards), then carry coupon back to concrete
Partner 2: Chad x500 on table bench or equivalent

Todays messages about Gratitude and Paying it Forward
Disclaimer: I did my best to research correct info, so forgive me if I missed something, but the main point is to illustrate my concepts of Gratitude and Paying it forward today.
I would like to start out by thanking FIB, because he EH’d Shandy, then Shandy EH’s Leuben, Leuben brought Crab Legs, Crab Legs brought Crop Duster, then he brought Sesame Street, then Sesame Street and Crop Duster worked on Flush and brought him in, Then Flush teamed up with Blowfish and brought in Giggles, after Flush chewed on me for a couple months, Giggles happened to start on me too, I informed him that Flush had already been working on me with all that nonsense and sounded a bit crazy to me. Well they both must have smelled the blood in the water and on 12/19/19 they finally claimed victory, and I finally came out to the gloom to give F3 a try! Little did I know (especially in those 2 weeks I could not straighten my arms!) that victory was also mine and I am grateful to still be standing among you today.
Yes, I bring all that up to show my gratitude, but also to illustrate the action of Paying it Forward. You see paybacks are nice and all, but the favor does not go any farther if we just pay backwards, It is when we pay things forward (to NEW people) that we make the bigger impact. And it doesn’t always need to be big, it could be little like eye contact and a head nod hello to a stranger, opening a door, be patient on the road or in line at the store, donating blood, bring in your neighbor’s garbage cans, clear their sidewalk of snow, mention F3 to someone you know or don’t know, and the list goes on and on. Keep giving it away men!! Paying it forward helps make this whole place better for everyone.

Thank you God for all that we have. For the ability to join you here today and work hard and have fun and get stronger together. We know not everyone has this chance and we are thankful for that opportunity, and we will do our best to pay it forward to others so they may do the same.
