Nobody likes Hills. Nobody.
Warm-O-Rama
Standard Warm-o-Rama. SSH, Abe Vigodas, Tapp-y-Tapps, Motivators, stretching. Then a light Indian Run around half the loop at Two Wolves.
The Thang
First we murder bunnied up the hill
Then we murder bunnied down the hill
Then we did a DORA:
- Partner 1
- Bear Crawl Half way up the hill
- Jog to top
- 10 Big Boys on Top
- Jog Down
- Partner 2 Worked
- 50 Blockees
- 75 Thrusters
- 100 Goblet Squats
Then we did an Army Crawl Relay. High Crawled back and forth across the field.
