I am not a professional!
F3 is a free men’s workout heat or cold, rain or shine.
Workouts lead on a volunteer basis in a rotating fashion.
Modify as needed, don’t get hurt but push yourself.

F3 workouts always end in a COT.
The Complex was completely Flooded! PAX had to walk around the outskirts of the parking lot to make it over to the pavilion. This cost us a few minutes…had to hit the ground running!

Death by Burpees
Repeating 1 minute timer. Add a burpee every minute until you can complete that number of burpees inside of the minute.
- The grumbling started immediately upon hearing this Thang… the kind that makes a Q smile!
We made it to 13 before moving on to Thang 2

2 lengths of 1 3/4” firehose weighing 40 pounds. PAX must carry the hose on their shoulder while farmer carrying their coupon also. Each PAX will walk out and back for approx 100 yards total.
Meanwhile the PAX left in the circle will be completing exercises.

This is my 1 year anniversary of being a part of F3. Thanks to Magellan for getting me out, after almost 5 months of EHing me. Way to stick with it! I honestly didn’t know how much I needed something like F3 in my life. I’m fortunate to get quality fellowship at work, but F3 is another level. We say it a lot, and I don’t want it to be cheapened by us repeating this too often…but I appreciate you men! They say a man is judged by the company he keeps… well I couldn’t think of a better group of men to surround myself with!

So I was exposed to Covid a couple weeks back and my M and I decided I would quarantine from the family. That meant no hugs or kisses for my 3 children. No cuddles during bedtime. When my 14 days were finally up and I received a negative test I was taken aback at how my kids jumped in my arms. All 3 of them nestled right into my arms and had me hold them for just a little bit longer than usual. It struck me how important touch can be with our kids. They need it… and we need it just as much. It’s ok for dads to have that soft side. So go home and hug and kiss your kids!
Prayers were lifted up.
