It was an abnormally warm day for the second week of November.
The disclaimer was read as the group engaged in mumble chatter until the work out began.

The Thang
We counted off by 2’s
Group 1 went to the North end of the tennis courts.
Group 2 went to the T out by the baseball diamonds.
Once the group was split we did 11’s (Merkins by the T, Blockies by the tennis court)
Every time you passed the pavillon you needed to stop & complete 20 Big Boys.
No one finished!!!!

Naked Man Moleskin
I had to put my dog “Rocco” to sleep last Friday. It is always hard to lose an animal, but it is especially hard to put or take away your child’s dog. I encourage you to get on the floor and play with your four legged friend when you get home.
