Circle of Trust
We need to remember that there are many great mottos or creeds that we have in F3 that should be shared with our 2.0s. This came to me the other day as I sat their with my daughter having a conversation about something at school and I said to her “leave no friend behind and leave no friend where you found them”. I asked her if she understood what that meant and she explained it back exactly as we do (she is 13). We need to ensure we are raising our 2.0’s into responsible leaders early so that what we have gained back in our adult years resonates with them early on.
