Circle of Trust

You can’t want something more for someone else than they want it for themselves.

This came up on a podcast I was listening to and it hit home in both my professional and home life.  Especially with my kids.  I find it very easy to get wrapped up in wanting my kids to succeed that I can find my self frustrated that it seems like I care more than they do.  It creates conflict and tension in our relationships that is negative.
This year I want to focus more on being my kids advocate and supporting them than feel like I’m constantly pushing them.

Naked Man Moleskin

It was cold, but manageable.
