VQ!!!!
Beautiful 32 degree morning at The Ridge, perfect for my VQ. Honored to have 20 HIMs show up and support me. Directions may not have been the clearest but the PAX pushed on, for the most part. A couple did the same exercise for about 10 minutes, Blowout did about 100 blockees and I think saw Tourniquet drinking coffee during Thang 1. But in the end I think we all ended up better than we started.

The Thang
Thang 1
Teamed up in groups of 4. 2 stations with 5 exercises at each.
Station 1:
- 25 coupon chest presses
- 25 upright coupon rows
- 10 blockees
- 25 coupon curls
- 25 overhead presses
Station 2:
- 25 plank jacks
- 25 air dramas
- 20 merkins
- 25 Bonnie Blair’s
- 25 mountain climbers
2 PAX from each “team” start at each station. 1 do exercise 1 the other run to the other station and relieve PAX doing exercises. Rinse and repeat until PAXs completed all 5 exercises at both.(Ok, it still sounds a little confusing)
Thang 2
Mosey over to The Hill. Group into teams of 3.
PAX 1 run the hill and back, PAX 2 hold plank, PAX 3 SSH. Rotate up an exercise as PAX returned from the hill. Rinse and repeat
