Introduction
In my best Happy Gilmore impression, we have 364 days until next year’s hockey tryouts(or Lincoln Games). Let’s build strength together and get after a lifting session. I promised little to no running and delivered with ZERO running.

The Thang
Thang 1: Thunderstruck – SSH to the ACDC song(about 4 minutes) with 1 Merkin every time the lyric Thunder came on…about 30 Merkins total.
Thang 2: Split up into 6 groups/stations. We did 3 sets of exercises at each station for 42 reps each, as follows: (a) Merkins, Curls, Dips, (b) Shoulder Press, incline Merkins, Lat Pull-ups, (c) Colt 45’s, Skull Crushers, BB Sit-ups, (d) Carolina Dry-docks, Box Jumps, Shoulder Shrugs, (e) V-ups, Curls, Derkins, (f) LBC’s, Squats and Shoulder Taps.
Thang 3: 11’s with Chest Press and Shoulder Taps.

Circle of Trust
We all made small sacrifices last week during the Lincoln Games to spend time with our fellow PAX in a ridiculous game of ‘who could exercise the most’, which was a ton of fun. Our families also made small sacrifices as we were away from the house, tired, moody, etc.
I was reminded last night of our service men and women serving overseas that go months without seeing their loved ones, children being unable to see their mother or father, and spouse’s not seeing their loved one for long periods of time and picking up the slack back home. I’d like to take a minute to pray for all those serving our country.
Special prayers for Columbus’ stepmom who is battling ALS.
Special prayers for Wet Wipe’s brother who is battling cancer.
