Heard the sound of the alarm go off at 4:10, woke up and got ready for a real good beat down. As I got ready to head out I got my coupon in the car and set to make my way to the OP. As I started to get closer to the parking lot there was Hot Lips sitting in his car staying warm until I got out and started to put some motivational music on. As hot lips and I started to warm up and stretch quarter cart showed up and then followed toady, tonka and hh greg came in hot as we started WOR.

Was supposed to run with the coupon as gifts for baby Jesus but Toadstool showed how strong he was and broke his coupon which caused a modification
So modified Curls and Rows with Bench Pullups and Dips with increasing 5 (30 bench pullups, 30 squats, 30 dips, 15 burpees)
Ran to the pavilion and increased 5(35 bench pullups, 35 squats, 35 dips, 20 dips)
Ran back to the flag and moved on to Thang 2
Roll work out dice and what it landed on we did the rep and run to the middle island and do 25 lbc, rinse and repeat until 5:50 and did 10 minutes of mary

Prayers for CVS sister and Hot Lips daughter who gave birth to a son today. Prayers for anyone who is suffering from Covid and to recover safely and healthily without complications.
