Introduction
YHC led 15 Pax back to an rarely used venue near The Citadel where all the pax pushed themselves and each other in getting at least 1% better!
Warm-O-Rama
WoR included Good Mornings, Imperial Walkers and Side-Straddle Hops
The Thang
YHC led the pax over to a rarely used venue near the Citadel AO. We all moseyed over to the pedestrian bridge on Rt. 34! We pushed ourselves and each other up and over the hill/bridge, and repeated the cycle as many times as we could for duration of the Thang! Then traveled back to the flags for Mary which included 1 min High Plank, Freddie Mercury’s and Box Cutters!
Circle of Trust
CoT centered on the idea of being bold while at the same time being humble. HIMs need to lead by example, while at the same time being humble and asking The Sky Q for help. We cannot live life on our own, and we were not designed to. We can do great things, but we are never alone in doing them!
