Introduction

PREBLAST –  LST DT for THURSDAY 10/28/2021 6:15am 

Please join me for my LST VQ at the greatest F3 Naperville AO – Dark Tower. We will be on the move and see what happens around town at 6:15.

Plan for pavement and some grass for those that like to plan accordingly. There will be music and will be moving for 45 solid minutes.

25 SSH (cadence)

10 Deep Squats (cadence)

12 Abe Vigoda (cadence)

10 Arm Circles Forward (cadence)

10 Arm Circles Reverse (cadence)

The Thang

Thang 1:

Mosey with coupons to the cafe for a pitstop to drop off for Thang 3.

Continue mosey to amphitheatre, SSH for the 6.

Count off by 4’s.  4 groups each taking a level of the amphitheatre (tough luck 3’s and 4’s)

At the start 1 merkin, racoon walk on the cement edge to the other side, 1 burpee

2 merkins, racoon walk on the cement edge to the other side, 2 burpees

Rinse and repeat to 5.

Mosey to the Naperville Township Office.

Thang 2:

Partner up: 1st pax runs across the bridge around the fountain and back

2nd partner 20 merkins, 20 big boys, mountain climbers until your partner returns.

Rinse and Repeat: 3 sets.

Mosey down Water Street to Main and back to the bridge by the cafe.  Hang pull up position for the 6 on the bridge.

Thang 3:

Grab coupons at the cafe and mosey to base of the bridge. Coupon press for the 6.

2 teams coupon train up the hill.

Hooch and Ronda start off by placing their coupons at the base of the hill.  Each pax with coupon in hand does 5 overhead press, once finished place your coupon at the front of the coupon train and run to top of the hill and back. Grab the last coupon in the train, 5 overhead press, place the coupon at the front of the train run back to top of hill.  Rinse and repeat until the coupons reach the top.

Measure out about 30 yards from the base to the top.

Mosey back to parking lot for Mary, only 3 minutes remain.

Circle of Trust

I have done some self evaluation lately and have a bad habit to procrastinate.  I often leave relatively important conversations and tasks left undone and fill my days with the urgent and immediate needs.  I share this because I know others let days and weeks, months and years go by without dealing with issues that keep us up at night, whether that be something at work, a conversation with a strained family member or friend, a habit you want to break.  Take the bull by the horns and tend to the important stuff.  Don’t let another day pass without moving these things back to the top of your list.  Aye!

 

 

 

Naked Man Moleskin

6:15 at Dark Tower looks a lot like 5:15.  We covered some ground today and I am thankful for the pax that came out to support my Q and for supporting Buttermaker and Chaps vision to have a late start time option.
