“99 problems”
all Pax are to complete 11 reps of three exercises (33 reps) then run a lap around the lit path above the Octogan. These are broken up into big muscles groups on purpose. After three sets (99 reps completed) all PAX hold plank for the 6 . . . then start the next set as a group.

- Riunite used to be the 6 on runs. Today he ended up leading the pack at the end of the workout!!!
- Chainlink was kicking ass as usual . . and mumblechatting away while doing it. STUD
- Glass Joe, Speaker City, Cowbell . . . good idea on the other route for those that are nursing injuries on the running.
