Introduction

🔥🛠️🔥PREBLAST- THE BLACK PANTHER – 03/06/21 7:00 🔥🛠️🔥

@channel Join YHC as we look to heat up Saturday morning at the BP.  Just bring your grit, determination, and coupon to the party.  We will be moving and slinging some weight.  Afterwards kick back with your drink of choice at The Village Grind.  Come get faster, get stronger, get better.  Come Get Some!  HC below.👇

It was about a month since I Q’d my last time at BP.  For this one, I wanted to use more of the space, as I typically stick to one location for some reason.  I laid out a plan which would have us moving around the space, combing a good split of running, movement, body weight and coupon work.  I switched up the tune selection slightly the night before and I was ready to go.

Morning came early, as I hit the Citadel 5:15 Rusty BC.  After surviving that, I went home quick, changed shirts and headed out to BP.  As I was approaching BP, I spotted Parks and Rec and Pork Rinds finishing up their EC run along the road and then as I turned into the parking lot, Fargo was wrapping up his EC ruck.  Others were also assembled in the lot getting ready to go.  I parked the car and checked the preblast for any late HCs.  We had a few lat HCs wanting to join the party.  It was about 5 minutes before game time, so I grabbed my speaker, coupon and gloves and headed to the flags.  The sun was out bright and it felt warmer than 24 degrees.  Cars continued to flood the lot and before I knew it, it was 7:00.

Closing Remarks and Prayer:

As always, it was a pleasure leading this group of HIMs.  Thanks for coming out and your ongoing support for me and each other here today and every day.  Shared my belief that it is through the power and push of others that we get better.  Personally, I have improved my running game and find myself pushing harder when running with others (last 2 weeks DJ Sump Pump has helped push me).  Keep coming out.  You are having more than an impact on your own well-being in doing so.

Naked Man Moleskin

Mumble chatter started early.  Right after WoR, PAX were instructed to get into 2 lines, at which point I could hear one of the PAX say, “this isn’t good”.  I knew the BC was going to be challenging, but I also knew everyone could and would finish.  It would suck, but PAX would feel good when it was over.

After the Indian Run, we did Triple Nickel, and I may have made the movement distance between the exercises slightly too long, however, we got through it.

Next we crushed Jack Webbs.  Never easy going up to 10:40 merkin/OH claps – but we all made it.

Finally we cranked through 6 of the 10 “anything you can do I can do better” rounds I had planned.

Flo celebrated his 400th Post!  Nice Work Flo!

Tonka and RC joined me for a double tap at The Citadel and then BP.  Zima also took down the double tap at EOP and BP.

We ended with a changing of the Site Q guards, where Crambone would take over the Thursday BC at BP from Boxcutter and Boxcutter would take over the Saturday duties from Pork Rinds.  Thank you Pork Rinds for your outstanding Site Q leadership!

Afterwards 15 of 17 of us found our way to The Village Grind where we solved world problems and had a few cups of joe.

I really enjoy the Saturday BP BC action and fellowship after.  It is always a great way to start a Saturday.

Thanks PAX for coming out today and everyday.

Until next time.
